A Goldberg Fine Food Server will use SERVICE EXCELLENCE in relating to Guests.
Food servers will work with all team members in ensuring excellent guest experiences.
Servers will greet and seat customers. Take food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system. Communicate any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff and provide attentive service to diners, like refilling drinks as needed and checking their needs during meals
Our food servers will obtain menu knowledge to ensure excellent service and have the ability to correctly answer any customer questions regarding our food options.
Food servers work as a team and cleaning duties, such as at the service station, around the kitchen and in the dining area are the expectation of all team members.
Previous experience or equivalent training preferred
Good people skills, able to communicate and work well with others.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
The position will require long periods of walking and standing.
Carry at least 30 pounds
