Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Goldbergs Group. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving business growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong managerial skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering a high-quality dining experience.

– Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including dining area, kitchen, and bar.
– Ensure a high standard of service and hospitality is maintained at all times.
– Train, supervise, and schedule front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
– Hire and onboard new team members, ensuring proper training and adherence to company policies.
– Monitor and manage inventory levels, food quality, and consistency.
– Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
– Maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
– Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
– Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
– Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve team performance.
– Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to enhance the dining experience.

– Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
– Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
– Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations, inventory management, and financial analysis.
– Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
