We are seeking an experienced and professional Office Manager/Receptionist to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
**Duties:**
– Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed
– Supervise and support administrative staff.
– Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
– Handle scheduling, appointments, and calendar management for executives
– Maintain organized filing systems for important documents
– Greet guests/visitors. Answer multiple phone line
**Skills:**
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
– Prior experience in team management or leadership roles
