Summary

As a General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and food quality in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the area manager, you will utilize your core skills in staff training, team management, and food service management to lead a dedicated team. Your premium skills in inventory control and people management will be essential for maintaining operational efficiency. With a strong background in restaurant management, bar management, and a valid driver’s license, you will drive success and uphold the standards of our brand while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Experience in food service, particularly in quick service and full-service environments
Proficient in operating POS systems
Strong customer service skills with a focus on food handling and sanitation practices
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage time effectively
Basic math skills for cash register operations and food preparation tasks
Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains them to guest accurately.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
