Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the digital presence of brands under the Goldbergs Group of Companies. This role plays a key part in maintaining brand consistency, increasing audience engagement, and optimizing digital content across multiple platforms.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will collaborate with designers, photographers, and public relations professionals in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple brands. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities Website & Online Directory Management
  • Maintain and update websites for all principal brands, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Publish SEO-driven blog posts to enhance online visibility and audience engagement.
  • Ensure all websites feature up-to-date menus, promotions, and company initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize online directories, ensuring company information, photos, and offerings are accurate and visually appealing.
  • Oversee all online menus across various platforms, ensuring updates are timely and reflect the latest products.
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries, including photos and marketing materials, for internal and media use.
Email Marketing & Digital Campaigns
  • Plan, create, and distribute regular e-newsletters to customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop targeted email campaigns to support promotions, events, and company news.
Technology & Digital Strategy
  • Stay updated on emerging and relevant digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies.
  • Research, recommend and help implement new marketing software and platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new platforms and software.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel (preferred), Monday.com, WordPress, and CRM tools.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, and social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, website management, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
