Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction.
Lead, train, and develop staff to deliver exceptional food service and uphold company standards.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste.
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Supervise shift management, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure proper staffing levels.
Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.

Qualifications

Proven management experience with Subway/fast food restaurants; casual dining or hospitality management experience is a plus.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures.
Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for transactions and reporting.
Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervising, and team management.
Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food safety standards.
Previous experience in restaurant management roles such as assistant manager or shift supervisor preferred.
